根据欧盟法规 (EC) 1935/2004，不同的与食品直接或间接接触的材料和制品（一般称作Food Contact Materials，简称FCM）需满足各自相应的法规要求。不同材质（塑料、金属、硅胶等）需满足各自相应的迁移限量等要求，FCM资质要求商家提交商品已满足相应法规要求的证明文件。

FCM资质文件需为一份完整的检测报告，检测报告需要证明商品已通过相关法规要求的检测项目，包括但不限于以下内容：

商品基本信息：

   •  制造商基本信息； 

   •  符合食品接触材料法规的检测标准； 

   •  完整测试项目，且检测结果不得为Fail； 

   •  检测样品图； 

   •  检测实验室的签字/盖章等检测报告必含信息。

注意： 

 •  每一个SKU的商品材质都需要经过检测；    

 •  检测报告中具体检测项需与要求一致。

纸和纸板 

 以下检测项目可根据法规LFGB、AP（2002）1、CM/Res（2020）9进行检测： 

•  Extractable Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr(VI), Al)  

•  Extractable Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg)  

•  Migration of Fluorescent Whitening Agent in water, 3% acetic acid, alkaline salt solution or olive oil
